T-Mobile is truly trash now, they skipped out on giving me the one month on us until I called in about it. And then I was fighting them on the rebate for months after it was due and just gave up after being kicked around and being asked to continuously keep waiting. The terrible foreign csr is fake nice but can't do anything right

We use Mint Mobile for cell service, and they had a promo recently for the same internet service for $360 for one year ($30/month). Never an issue with cell service unless power to the nearest tower is out, and internet is what is expected.

I signed up in December and did receive my $300 rebate from them. I had to watch it and eventually call, but they paid me promptly after that.

I got the $300 card during Black Friday. Yeah, they suck and don't come through with their offers. It's bad because people give up and ignore it and still keep the service. I had to contact T-Force through X to get the month on us applied, then my rebate got rejected saying I didn't qualify, wtf. I contacted T-Force for that also and they applied a $300 credit to my account. I got their most expensive plan to get the $300 rebate. I just downgraded to Rely so I'll see if it affects speed. No complaints, I'm getting 200-800Mbps DL. But T-Mobile sucks for not automatically applying these offers, it's criminal behavior to customers.

I am currently on the plan, and wanna let you know what to be careful of.
  1. Make sure Monthonus is applied before finishing your checkout
T-Mob system sucks, and it takes out the code a lot of time, even if you entered correctly, and it will be pain in the ass to fix later up
  2. Make sure to visit "promotions.tmobile.com" to submit the rebate
Never ever contact the Rebate team agent and let them manually submit for you. NEVER, this cause issue, and i have twice denied, where I had to get the amount back as credit rather then rebate.
  3. Make sure to contact T-force if there is trouble.
You will curse T-mob if you ever to call there phone customer service. They are the worst service agent i have ever met, and every single time you called them they will give millions of different answers. T-force is the one you should contact and they will pretty much smooth out.
  4. Do not add/ cancel any additional line
Not once, but more than twice the agents told me the one freakin reason i am having all kinds of trouble is because i add the second line and cancelled where their system is f*up to get this correctly smooth out once you played around. and thus you will start having pain to contact T-force.
Make sure to done correctly at first step. as if somehow the freakin reason the rebate being denied, they will ask you to resubmit, and that is another 2-3month. at 2nd round if it being denied again, Go straight to FTC complaints line, or BBB complaints submission, where T-mob exec team will then look into your account and get you what you deserved.

After third resubmission, and denial of rebate, and T-force + customer care to offered multiple gesture back, My internet line seems comedy as i have so much credit in my account๐Ÿ˜‚. By the way, if the monthonus not applied at the 2nd month bill, just contact T-force and let them know you did applied, and they will manually add the credit.
