Yes. You can either use cable or do it Wirelessly. There are plenty of videos on YouTube.

if you can't afford steam vr do you have a pc that can run vr? you need a pretty beefy setup to get good performance

You do not need a beefy setup for this. I played it 5 years ago with a GTX 1080 as my GPU. Granted, I had to set it to Medium graphics settings, but it did not chug or stutter.

PCVR games are not AAA performance hogs. You don't need 4k ultra HDR in a VR game.

If for whatever reason you don't have or can't use VR but want to play through the story, there's a NoVR mod so you don't need a headset.

I hear you and you are correct. I'm looking for a desktop pc before the prices go up even more. I'm more likely to buy a pc then ever being able to buy steam vr stuff because a pc would actually have other uses. Since I have got meta quest 3s for a family member I will try to make it work through streaming or pc link. This seems like a good price for the game while supporting the developers and making it work with what I got if possible. I appreciate your comment, others might not realize you need more than the meta quest and would be disappointed, so i do appreciate you looking out.

I just discovered you can use Windows hotspot to wirelessly connect the quest directly to your PC if you don't want to commit to buying a router but you have to run a command to turn off the auto scanning or else it becomes unplayable every 20 seconds or so.
