I bought Office 2024 from this company. I installed it on my laptop after 4 months of purchase, The key did not work. However, the company replied to my email within a day and sent me a new key which works fine.

I just purchased Microsoft Office from them and the key sorta worked for Word but not Excel or PowerPoint. I emailed them and they sent me another code which worked. So far so good.

I've used literally hundreds of these keys and they've always worked. They do not expire or "deactivate" or whatever, so not sure what happened to you.
