If you also want milk based drinks, wait for a Philips with LatteGo to go on sale.

I have a Philips 1200. Every time I think about upgrading to something with a LatteGo, I realize that it would be annoying for my use case. One user drinks their cappuccino with oat milk, the other uses almond milk. To have to swap out the milks would probably be wasteful and annoying. So, I'm stuck to with the 1200 with a steam wand. On the plus side, it's the same brew group in all the Philips automatics.

If it had the same brew group as Philips, then I say avoid. I think it is rather difficult to cleanup the inside. Ground coffee spills everywhere inside the machine and grows mold if you are not meticulous. That obviously ruins the taste. With a manual espresso machine you do some cleanup every time you brew, but it is more reliable.

I have the 3300 lattego. Its a decent machine but the grinder is loud. I don't like the lattego. You cannot adjust amount of foam and there is a ton of it.

I had the Philips 5500 at one point in time and I can tell you the move is to go with a semi automatic machine.

I have a Philips (4000 series, no Lattego). Have a DeLonghi at home (I work away from home). I don't find the Philips brew group too hard to clean, but I only use it once a day (maybe more on an occasional weekend) for an Americano. The DeLonghi makes better coffee (had an earlier one I got used for 10 years that finally died, just replaced with another), a bit easier to clean brew group. Never used the milk container with the early one so when I got the newer one (also used, but barely), I didn't want the milk attachment.
That being said, I'd stick with either Philips or DeLonghi if you really want a super-automatic (unless you really want got bump up the $$ to Jura or similar). Learn what beans work (oily beans can clog it up), dial it in right and it will make an acceptable brew. Yes, a semi-automatic (you grind the beans, dump the puck, etc.) will make a better brew once you have it dialed in right, but it's a lot more work than the 'press a button and start sipping' that the super-autos do.
Poster above mentioned people using a variety of non-dairy 'milks' in their household...there's a couple of companies that make milk frothers that would probably work for that as separate units.

Dude, I don't know what you were doing with your Philips machine, but it is not difficult to clean up. Yes there are errant grounds that might get on the inside wall of the machine when brew group is removed. However it is not excessive. I've had my Philips machine for ~2yrs and it's been rock-solid, minimal maintenance, and cleanup has been straightforward. Does it make the best espresso? No. But it is very serviceable considering the ease of extracting a shot.
