In end of January I got my ps5 at Sam's , I'm sure there all sold out by now but if you get lucky and find a Fortnite flowering chaos ps5 disk or digital make sure you price check it. I got a disk 169$ .

The Pro implementation is hit or miss depending on the game. Overall you usually get more frames and sometimes better quality textures/models. Compared to this it's almost 3x the price for maybe 20-30% bump visually, at most. I want one but the pricing makes it illogical vs the regular PS5. And insiders keep claiming PS6 isn't that far off. Ultimately depends on your eyes, your wallet, and if your TV is even good/big enough to appreciate the improvements.

Not for the price difference. Base PS5 will be way better than switch graphics. This is a steal, buy and don't look back.
