Can't recommend this one bit. Got it and it absolutely kills my 2.4ghz home Wi-Fi connection. Nothing but interference which causes devices to lose connection all the time.

I have the same issue. I even reached out to their team to see if I could change channels and it is locked in.

Must use Ethernet port. Camera storage use wifi is a bad idea because of its large bandwidth usage.

Mine is connected all the time to ethernet, and camera thru wifi, is that the right way to do it ?
Also, why are we speaking about this and not the newest pro? this has been all over for 100 for years already. Anyone knows or have idea? im about to jump into the new camera system for the house, eufy itself has been great overall.

Agreed. More egregious is how much slower live view became. Great idea, absolute trash execution.

If you have this and connected to wifi, you need an advanced router that can handle the bandwidth. Your best option is a mesh, 2 or 3 units, one unit is connected to this and most likely become dedicated. And the others will handle rest of your devices.

Your setup is incorrect. HB3 setup to wired ethernet port. Camera setup to HB3 not wifi. All cameras storage pro always in the wired mode.
