I think they are the same. The only difference is maybe this one has a hard case vs the soft case you get from the Costco version.

yeah and lifetime returns on headphones!

never buy used headphones, my ENT said lots of bacteria grow inside ears and you should never even share over the hear headphones and absolutely never share ear buds with anyone! EEK!
