There's also the dingy style boats like the product here, most have a motor mount. They are about 2x as much as the I beam style ones. I prefer the kayak style because they move in the water better. But if you have a trolling motor, it doesn't matter.
These are just what I found with a quick search on just Amazon. There's probably deals to be had with patience or for what you're looking for weight/person capacity. The import stores also may be cheaper. I didn't check.
