Anyone have any experience with this refrigerator? Looks to have pretty decent review ratings. Don't really care about ice maker and all the fancy stuff and just want something relatively reliable.

I'm on the same boat. So over the game of tinkering with built in ice makers.

Yea I've been doing some research and the consensus seems to be a lot of the newer refrigerators aren't all that reliable, so it's tough to really know which ones are good. A lot of folks say to stay away from Samsung and LG if its got the linear type compressor that would always fail. Apparently GE, Fridgidaire, and Whirlpool are decent, but who knows. Also I couldn't decide whether I want a side by side refrigerator or a french door refrigerator. I've never had a french door before, but the wider orientation seems nice. Only down side is you might have to bend to access the freezer.

I'll wait for Black Friday. Last year I check it was cheaper on their site. Free removal of old one too
