It is enhanced with cinnamon and nuts. You can add extra ingredient's like shredded carrot more nuts and such . I do like this cake without additive's.

Makes great muffins, but I'd add real carrot shavings and wheat germ, other healthy tidbits to offset the crap. Of course, you can just supply your own flour, but this mix makes it easier and quicker.
