I have the 5090 versions of the Amp Extreme, its a beautiful looking card with the mirror finish if looks are important. Have used it for 9 months. Zero issues. And they are certainly not noisy contrary to some opinions, the sound of your fans in the case will be louder overall.

When I did a search the lowest ever price for the 5080 Amp Extreme was $1150 sometime in October 2025, I think it was at Newegg for like a day, otherwise lowest price showed 1200 last year. Given the price hikes across the board I guess it's a decent to good deal for 2026.

Reserved one even though I didnt actually need one, may not keep it let's see.
