You really shouldn't wash your car with dish soap unless the plan is to completely strip away any wax or sealant, in preparation for a thorough waxing and sealing immediately afterwards. Or, if you just don't care much about the longevity of your car's clear coat/paint job.
Not defending a watermelon-scented soap, but this vehicle-specific soap exists for a very good reason...
