People are expected to do dumb stuff. That being said as long as the total amount of power draw does not exceed the limits you are arguably safe. The reason experts suggest not linking power strips is people have a habit of exceeding the total draw limit because they don't realize how much they have plugged in downstream. These sort of things are great for hard drives or smart devices as they are two prong and you're extremely unlikely to exceed limitations that way.

I haven't looked at Walmart stuff in a while. A $35 dollar minimum on pickup orders seems nuts. Anyone know if this sort of deal would just be available in-store at the same price if pickup is otherwise available today?
