Though at this point if it says LIMITED stock, then that means that it's probably the last "gutted" copy and it'll be opened instead of factory sealed. The website shows "verify address" instead of the add to cart button, so you'll have to do a search to see if it's in stock near you.
Alternately Gamestop has a tiered buying promotion going on this week, where if you buy 6 or more pre-owned games you will receive 30% off all of them. Since the pre-owned price for this game has already adjusted you could simply buy five older sports games (for .99 each, less 30%) and get an additional $6 off the pre-owned version of this game to get the same price.

Both had it on disc and buying it only resulted in a small license file downloading to unlock it.
