This deal is live, and it works. We are buying a shed at Lowe's and were able to each get a $500 gift card for $425.

To my eyes it looks like this deal should be good now through the 16th. In the ad it appears to be below the box that has the 3-day deals and so not one of those deals.
None of the stores near me have the variable load cards - just the $75 multipacks.

My experience is it depends on the amount of fraud a location experiences. In mid-Michigan near me, they all take credit card. Tried to buy some last year in South Chicago and they told me cash only.
