FYI any drone you buy should always be the "Fly More" version with 3 batteries otherwise you're done after less than a half hour.

Buying genuine batteries after the fact is always difficult (with all the scammers selling fakes) and expensive for definite first party ones, so it's cheaper in the long run to just buy them to begin with.

Completely agree. I made this mistake with my neo. I thought I'd try it out with my phone and Wi-Fi and it was a pretty bad experience. Ended up getting a controller off eBay and it completely changed the game. If I had got the "fly more" deal I could have gotten the 3 batteries for like $30. I wish I had done this from the outset.
