The bubble cups here are actually a pretty good deal. Insulated cups/straws tend to go for about ~$30 a piece normally, and definitely something you'd want to have. People were selling these for $50+ a piece last year.
Buy Xanthan gum. Xanthan gum powder will help keep your smoothies a smoothie, without it they tend to get a bit too watery or seperate. A large bottle goes for about $8 and should last for years of smoothies.
The 96 Oz is a bit misleading, these are the size of the tank, not how much they hold. I think this one holds ~74 Oz of smoothie? The 88oz standard one holds 64oz. I found the 88oz good for 1-2 people
"No dilution" is also a bit of a stretch, as most thing you'll need to water down a bit (with some water + sugar) to get it to freeze properly.
The spiked drinks are great, even just using pre-mixed drinks (with a bit of water + sugar + xanthan gum). I was surprised they turned out as well as they did!
This bottle should last for years since you use so little.
Is this the newest version? This is the "old" version with a larger tank. The base model is 88 oz (64oz usable), this is 96oz (74oz usable) but otherwise the same. It's basically 10oz more so they can sell it as an exclusive model and not much more. The "MAX" is the newer model, which has a 150oz tank (112oz usable) and chills faster.. basically an upgrade all around, but with a much upgraded price as well. If you already have a ninja slushi, this one will just be a larger tank but otherwise the same. I believe the models now ALL have the upgraded tank which helps prevent mold getting stuck on the edges which was an issue before
