Why do you need something separate for one card?

Because for land crossing between US and Canada, the one Nexus card is all that's needed. No passport or anything else.
Same goes for airport international return global entry check points. Mostly they just do a facial scan so no ID is needed, but occasionally they want to see the global entry card so just the card itself is presented, no passport or anything else needed.

The card comes with a RFID blocking paper sleeve but not durable.

Unnecessary use case. The only data on the chip is a unique card# that is used by CBP/CBSA to open up your TTP file. None of the information printed on the card is on the chip; not even the KTN is on the chip.

You missed the point, I travel internationally quite a bit, so well aware of Nexus/GE.
My point was, why a separate pouch for a single card - you don't travel with a wallet? Hope you don't think the anti-RFID snake oil is something you need. It is a solution looking for a problem. No one is running around airports, surreptitiously walking past people and scanning passports, CCs, etc.

Why not mind your own business at let the guy spend his $6 dollars however he wants??

Are you seriously getting your panties in a wad over how someone chooses to carry their travel document? Over a $6 pouch?

Appears to be a very cheap zipper, would complicate a trip dealing when it breaks.
