This is a great router and the price very good, but I was able to "hack" it for about $100 from Home Depot. This router is best pair with a 3.0 HO battery to keep it from being too top heavy. While this is a good trim router, I another trim router that is even better. The Flex trim router is by far the best trim router you can buy (cordless or corded). I purchased it last year for $57 at Lowe's when they had clearance prices. It is most powerful (1.5 HP) and comes with lots of accessories in the box (d style base plate, round base plate that accepts Porter Cable style bushing, chip guard, vacuum adapter centering cone and the best "in the box" router fence I've seen). It used a Dewalt style adjustment system but it is better than the Dewalt's. The Dewalt is also taller, less powerful, feels less refined, and comes with a single base plate in the box and nothing else. The Flex has a spindle lock with safety mechanism that prevents the router from turning on when it is engaged and has bright LED lights to illumate the work surface. It is best pair with a Stacked Lithium 2.0Ah or 3.5Ah, both of which provide plenty of power, and are relative small/flat making the router very stable, especially when you use your hands to hold the straight edge side of d-style base plate (which has a large surface area relative to other stock trim router d-style base plates). I likes this router so much that I bought the plunge base (paid $89...more than the cost of the router) and it is well made and adds more capabilities to the router. I only pull my 2.25 HP corded router out of my router table for bits with 1/2" shanks or for 1/4" shank bits that have a large cutting surface and are removing lots of stock (surfacing bits, large diameter straight bits, large diameter rabbeting bits, etc.) Again, the Milwaukee is good, but the Flex is king of trim routers

As a general rule I don't buy from websites with throbbing "add to cart" buttons.

I bought this yesterday. No sales tax, no shipping for my order. That puts it at ~$118 equivalent for where I'm located. It's not the HD hack price, but good enough for something I've been waiting to go on sale. I'll post back if I have any problems with the transaction.

Waysource is a legit and authorized dealer for Milwaukee products. I have bought from them before with no issues.

What's a good router bit kit around $50 to start with this tool?
