I have this, it's very good, I think I got it for the same price at Microcenter, or something close to this. I've only had it for about 1.5 years but no issues at all with fraying or falling apart or anything. Can wash it in the bathtub, I had to do that after spilling a drink on it, it's fine.

I'll add another recommendation for it. Have had one for 5 years now and it's still solid. Would buy again if it starts fraying or falling apart.

Agreed. The MM300 PRO solved this issue for me as it has a coated surface that makes it very easy to maintain. I used to grab a fresh MM300 yearly when on sale, but the MM300 PRO holds up a lot better over time. Last pick up was Best Buy @ 19.99 in 2024 and it looks brand new and the surface is still slick / beads up water.
