I have always been refunded money when drinks or other liquid foods were damaged. No questions asked.

They've always refunded me usually with no problem with the exception of tuna cans which after a photo got refunded as well

Funny you said that cause I spend like $1,000.00 and I get about $978 refunded due to damaged cans.
