I was looking for the same thing this morning, starting from 06/28/2025, powerbanks need to have CCC certification to bring it on the aircraft within Mainland China.

Seems like this one does have the triple C cert:

I have the Anker version of this and it's great. For $50 why not, always good to have one of these to keep charged before a storm or something. Doesn't hurt
