Bought some similar like this for $8 from Amazon a few months when I was dealing with dropped arches & plantar fasciitis this year, and it has pretty much eradicated my issue. As long as the TPU plate is sturdy & high enough for the application, these will last for years...But not made for overly wide or fat feet.
Many times these "namebrand" companies just put their name on the Chinese suppliers, jack up the price by 500-1000%, throw mention to a weak warranty and call it a day. That is to a large degree the American business model..

It CAN absolutely be both. Feet aren't meant to be completely flat, so they do need arch support especially once the tendons are stretched beyond their limits...That is the unfortunate condition they are treating especially when the body isnt able to bounce back physically once we get "older". The amount of cradling arch support is up to what you can handle walking correctly. We all need it however.

I would absolutely suggest these in addition to strengthening your ENTIRE leg, stretching your calves (front & back), and occasional toe yoga. All of this stuff is on Utube. But buying these is where you start...These type of orthotics got me the most relief sooner by taking pressure off my arches & allowing them to heal, but the leg strengthening and stretching work has to be done, otherwise you'll never be able to walk barefoot without support on a normal basis.

Coupon code still works for me. Just ordered third set of blue. I just received the $50 pair of power step last week. Definitely some adjustment getting used to those. Tried this current deal and seems like no adjustment time needed. Sending back the power steps.

I have these, didn't like how high the arch was, and didn't like having to trim to size. I never trim it right and it feels weird under my toes.
