I just built an outdoor kitchen and gazebo. This works great to have the TV flush against the ceiling when not in use. Lower it when you need it it.

I have a built in above my fireplace that I can't expand because the vents run on both sides. The max tv I can fit in the built in is 55". If I use this I can have a larger tv, and then fold it up when not in use to show the decor in the built in.
