This certified refurbished Roborock Q7 Max plus is a self emptying robot vacuum that can arrive spotless and like new, with strong cleaning performance and a two year warranty. The dock and unit have been reported in pristine condition, and the model has been described as a big upgrade over older basic robot vacuums. The main concerns are refurb quality and battery condition, since some worry about used units, wet or dirty arrivals, and expensive replacement batteries. Returns are easy and free, which softens the risk a bit.
Common Questions (4)
Many units arrive spotless, with the vacuum and dock looking like new and working normally. A few reports mention wet or dirty-looking refurb units, so the condition can vary, but returns are described as easy and free.
Battery condition is the main concern because the model is from 2022 and no guaranteed remaining battery percentage is stated. Replacement batteries are reported to be expensive, though others note they are cheap and easy to replace if needed.
Yes. One refurbished Q7 has been described as flawless after more than two years of heavy use, and another refurb has been running flawlessly for about 18 months.
It comes with a two-year warranty. That makes the refurb a lower-risk buy if you want company-backed coverage instead of relying only on the used-market condition.
