Community Reviews

This certified refurbished Roborock Q7 Max plus is a self emptying robot vacuum that can arrive spotless and like new, with strong cleaning performance and a two year warranty. The dock and unit have been reported in pristine condition, and the model has been described as a big upgrade over older basic robot vacuums. The main concerns are refurb quality and battery condition, since some worry about used units, wet or dirty arrivals, and expensive replacement batteries. Returns are easy and free, which softens the risk a bit.

I wouldn't trust this to be completely clean. I saw a pic of what roborock sent someone as a warranty replacement, and it was nasty. It could be fine though.
Cant comment on every case, but my refurbs were brand new. no dust, no scratches. Bought two, and both have worked perfectly.

Received mine. Seems brand new, or just a really well refurbished item. It's working great so far. Huge step up from the old Roomba I used to have years ago.

I bought this one and it appeared to be brand new, but I sent it back to get the Qrevo. That one had some water droplets, but I'm not sure if it was just used once because other than that it looked new. That was about 18 months ago and it's been flawless.

Mine showed up a couple of days ago from this deal. Unit and dock were spotless and like new, and the vacuum works well. It's much better than the 200 we paid for a non mapping generic robot from a few years ago. I have no complaints other than there are a few other models with this coupon around the price and maybe I should have spent more time comparing features. It comes with a two year warranty and the parts seem cheap as well- most of the complaints seem unrelated to the brand or the vacuum model in this deal. I'd expect a factory refurbished unit from the company store to be in like new condition like this was.
