Received mine. Seems brand new, or just a really well refurbished item. It's working great so far. Huge step up from the old Roomba I used to have years ago.

I bought this one and it appeared to be brand new, but I sent it back to get the Qrevo. That one had some water droplets, but I'm not sure if it was just used once because other than that it looked new. That was about 18 months ago and it's been flawless.
