I, for one, love this version. Feels more summery but doesn't last as long as the OG. The lady in the creed store in Vegas agreed and tried to sell me lotion which will make it last longer.

I just use my normal face lotion on my neck and viola it does help it last longer, but for the price I wish it had the lasting power of its dad.

I understand what you are saying and I agree. However I believe Absolu is fairly new (2023). But that fact won't stand in the way of people complaining it isn't as strong as it used to be.

Personally I'll stick with a good dupe (personally I like Barrett fragrances, chronically underrated for aromatic/woodsy frags). $200+ for a bottle of cologne is just too much imo, especially when there are decent more affordable options.

Cool cool. All I know is everytime I wear it out I get compliments, it has one of the highest dupe scores on Joma Shop and Fragrantica (hell even Amazon), people on the dupe subreddit recommend it more than any other Absolu Aventus dupe, and some even put in the top 5 dupes to have in the closet as staples. So yeah, fake news man. You do you.
