Good deal if only need one battery. However, if you need 2 batteries and are willing to try a Lowe's hack, you can get a 2-pack (includes charger) from Lowe's for $189 and return the free tool.

For example, I bought the 2-pack battery for $179 (was on sale a couple weeks ago) and chose the 18v rotary hammer and my receipt shows:
  • 18v starter kit for $84.76
  • 18V rotary hammer for $94.23
