I know there is probably a practical reason for bluetooth but the thought of someone connecting their phone to this and trying to play music is very funny.

This is the exact opposite of what I want...

I want BIG and DIRTY... not studio quality, accurate sound when it comes to my subwoofer. My size of preference is 12". The bigger the sub the dirtier the sound. But to me that is what you want when you are talking about a sub.

I have a 10" boston accoustic with a 10" passive radiator and I have a 12" JL W3. My 12" is SO MUCH BETTER or should I say bassier. And yes, I am using my car sterio as a comparison of what size sub you should get.

It'd be even funnier if the audio out was for another sub

I'm sure this is intended to pair with their Bluetooth studio monitor speakers. You might not get a full-range sound experience by pairing directly to a phone 😆

Yes, it has both RCA and TRS outputs so it will connect to anyother wired speakers. Also, it has a highpass filter on the output that removes the bass freqencies from the signal being sent the speakers. No, you can't link up other bluetooth speakers to this sub.

Any Bluetooth source can connect to the sub. There is a pairing buttton on the back of the sub that makes it discoverable and then you connect via the menu of the Bluetooth source.

You are right for home theater and car audio bigger is better, but this is sized for a desktop setting.
