I bought the concentrate a long time ago. I have been using it yearly around the perimeter of the house with a pump sprayer from HD. It works great, no ants.
This stuff is great, been using it for 6 years, no other pest control and have no bugs in my home.
As for pets, I have a full time inside dog and never an issue.
They use this at my hotel, and it works like a charm! I bought some of this for my house, and it works better than anything I've ever tried before. When it is Ant season, this makes a great barrier that they don't cross for months on end.
