They should drop the 16 and add the 19. The 19 is much more common in my world than the 16.

This is one set not to buy generic. The ratcheting mechanisms always fail on these. Wait for a sale on a GearWrench set. Thank me later. If you must, don't attempt to break bolts loose or over tighten with the ratcheting end.

Sale just ended -- the price was $23 when I loaded the page, but when I added to cart it said $38 and now it says $38 when reloading.

That was a solid price. I've been using this set for years and if used under normal circumstances, they should last quite a while. Got these about 5 years ago and they haven't failed.
