Slightly different model as Acer throws out a string of characters that looks like they were created with a password generator to confuse the hell out of people and to make sure you can't price match from different outlets considering Acer already is a budget brand monitor. The NE one is the Z1 model the Costco is the A1, they are both identical panels/performance (unlike the Amazon one currently shown which is the W1 model which is only 240Hz vs 280Hz). There may be something different about the functionality of the stand, but that's about it.
tl;dr yes it's the same one Costco has (present tense) for $350
