still overpriced for what it is. But it is a reliable chip for that platform compared to the Raptor Lake headaches.

Even though I still do Alder Lake builds, same, it's overpriced, even for those upgrading. Definitely a no deal for a new build.

You think that's overpriced, go check out gen 10 and 11 processors. Freakin' Gen 11 i9 retails around $500 right now.

Unless stuck on DDR4. 265KF is less then $240 and 270K isn't much more with more performance.

NOS, third-party, scalpers, etc. No one is building or buying LGA 1200 new. Even used, not worth considering unless motherboard / CPU / RAM is going for sub $200. I can get entire builds of Comet or Rocket Lake for under $200 usually. Comet is usable, Rocket was a disaster.

Can you post a link? If so I'm scooping them up and reselling them for huge profits.

Nope, I don't post deals here, and good luck with that huge profit.

Yep, it's a toss up between AM4 and LGA 1700 for what's a better deal day by day, but I don't bother with the 265KF unless it's a used winner. The 250K Plus or 270K Plus should be the choice for new build kit on LGA 1851.
