It's a good deal if you want an enterprise notebook. The build quality is fantastic and there's generous RAM. These aren't really optimized for games, though. Fine for simple games. Don't bother with an AAA title.

I have a problem with slickdeals hesitating when scrolling using my laptop touchpad (Chrome browser). I have 16 gb of ram which I can't imagine is the problem on win11.
I even contacted slickdeals and they didn't know.
I have RAM usage of 78 percent with just Tidal music app, Chrome, and Phonelink open.
My desktop doesn't do this and it's similar in specs.
Anyone have a clue? Do I need 32 gb of RAM when I'm not power user?

Slickdeals is a heavy site with a ton of random content loading from third parties. You need a decent laptop or have fewer tabs open. 32gb may help but if you have weak processor or network, it will still load slow. Reset chrome and make sure the feature to unload idle tabs is enabled.

If you couldn't secure one, all you could do is close the laptop, lie back in the chair and enjoy the fireworks. 😂

I have a 1355u processor and just tested my download speed to be 520 Mbps (Fios).
