It is? The scent notes for PR Phantom look totally different, this is what's listed on fragrantica:
Top notes are Lavender, Lemon Zest and Amalfi Lemon; middle notes are Lavender, Earthy Notes, Apple, Smoke and Patchouli; base notes are Vanilla, Lavender and Vetiver.

My friend has this and I have two different Phantom original bottles. One Silver and one black. Both aren't similar to this, but this smells great at $13.

Not exact but it's close. Definitely "inspired" by at the bare minimum. If you read the fragrantica reviews most will say it's a phantom dupe.
