I bought it thinking its a great tool idea. Unfortunately, it has some problems that made it a return item for me.

1. It does not stick to the ledge of your sink. If you can get the sink edge and the squegee bone dry, it will sometimes stay put for awhile.. but eventually gravity wins and you find it in the sink. If there is a tiny trace of moisture forget about it, the thing slides off the edge of the sink within seconds. I have a straight edge marble sink so its not like its an issue with my sink specifically. Even though it has good reviews, many people complain about this factor. Search the reviews for the word "falls" and you will see an endless list of complaints. This alone was a deal breaker for me, the convivence of having it right there and out of the way was the allure.

2. The bristles don't work if they get wet. You cant really sweep up crumbs once the bristles are wet, everything just sticks to the bristles and spreads around. The bristles are hard to dry out, even when leaving overnight they might be wet the next day somehow.

Overall, this was a great idea for a product, it just missed on the execution.

PS - I will say the construction feels of quality. It has nice materials and good weight - it doesnt feel "cheap".

They have a similar product with the rounded silicon edge and no brush, which I use for getting food scrapes off the dish.

I use soft silicone spatula to scrape food off dishes or bottles. I have two from Dollar Tree store: Small and medium (double-ended) https://www.dollartree.com/mccorm...-in/340989, Large (square with one round corner) https://www.dollartree.com/mccorm...-ct/340997

For large flat surfaces, I use squeegee from Dollar Tree. https://www.dollartree.com/essent...-ct/395348

I just use these things attached to the end of my arms to brush dry and wet stuff into the sink.

Me too! When I'm feeling fancy, I'll attach a towel or washcloth to the end

I have it too, bought it via an SD sale years ago. It works really well, I second it. It is perfect for cleaning dishes from food that either sticks or is too dry and when you dont want to scratch the surface, e.g., frying pans.
