That is a pretty good deal, though I fear the seller may not be an authorized Milwaukee dealer. Therefore you have zero warranty for the tool from Milwaukee

This is incorrect. I wish people who aren't educated on the warranty program would quit saying this. As long as it's actual tool, warranty is based of serial number instead of purchase date.
