This 65 inch LG OLED at $799.97 stands out as a strong value for getting OLED picture quality at a relatively low price. The B5 and C5 comparisons suggest the gap is small in everyday viewing, with the C series mainly brighter in short bursts and not dramatically better for full screen brightness. Local pricing has also shown lower tags around $500 to $629, so the current price may not be the floor. Costco warehouse stock and app availability have been unreliable, and manager markdowns may not price match.

  • The B-series OLED picture quality can be hard to distinguish from higher C-series models in everyday viewing.

  • A Costco protection plan may add value if you understand the coverage provider and terms before buying.

  • The TV has stayed near the $800 level for weeks, which can make it easier to plan a purchase window.

  • The deal can still make sense versus other OLED options when the price stays around $800.

  • Warehouse availability shown as "IN STOCK" in the Costco app can be inaccurate at some locations.

  • Manager markdowns may prevent price matching against other stores' prices.

  • Pricing can vary by location, with some areas seeing $800 or no stock instead of the lower price.

  • A higher-priced Samsung S90F comparison suggests this LG may not be the best choice for buyers prioritizing peak brightness.

It's been this price for around 5 weeks now. Id bank on another drop in 2 or 3 weeks.

The costco by me had 6 of these that haven't moved since it hit $800 and they just started putting out the new models last week.

Yeah I think there's a chance it drops lower. Last year at BJs I was thinking about the 65" B4 at this price but couldn't pull the trigger.
Checked about a week later and it dropped to $499 so ordered thru the app and went and got it immediately. It was the last unopened new unit.
I'm hoping the 77" gets to around this price possibly?!

Making people click into the post to see what model it is, and it's not even a good deal.

Someone already seen these for $500 at their local Costco. I checked Costcos around me but it was not in stock or the price was $800, not $500. Btw here's SKU to check stock in your warehouse 9565025

What about the 65" C5. Better TV? Should I hold off?

WARNING: The costco app warehouse section is NOT accurate. Went to 2 costcos that said "IN STOCK" and neither had any.

VERY far from 10x, a barely 400nits difference, a better processor no one will notice, you have no idea what you're talking about. An $800 LG 65in OLED is an EXCELLENT deal no matter how you slice it. No other tv comes close to this at this price
