I just went to the Amazon page for this product to see if it included any thermal camera, and found a fluke meter that today costs ~$4000 more than it did a year ago.

Flukes are not a good point for reference. Their prices depend on overflow inventory from government contracts, predominantly with DoW. It is a good reference point though for roughly how much we pay for each of those through military contracts.
