I have this box. It's pretty good sized. I keep all my headlight polishing crap in it. Holds a good amount of stuff in it.

Not positive about this but they were stacked at my Ace.. Also has what seems like stacking protrusions on top. Handle folds flat also so I think. I'm going to pick up second one today.

I picked up two, and they do stack somewhat. Not a positive lock on the more robust systems, but as you said the small nubs on top do have a corresponding slot on the bottom. Its a nice toolbox with plenty of room. I bought two to store all my cordless tools.
