You might need to change the seller to Yeehui Innovations under Other sellers on Amazon

Makes me think about how good that Oupes Exodus 2400 deal was when it was $420. More than double the capacity of this one, for just $20 more. I bought one at that price, but was teeter tottering on buying a second one just because of the good price. Now the deals over and I'm kicking myself for not pulling the trigger. I love the one I bought. They also give you a 6-year warranty.

I agree 100%. They've been running some really good deals that are really hard to beat. And FWIW I've had good experiences with customer support when I had a problem; they were very helpful in getting back to me right away, helped me troubleshoot and walked me through some steps that fixed my problem. It ended up being user error. When I got it, I started using it without charging to 100% first, like it clearly said to do in the instructions. I was like wtf do they know and just started using it right out of the box. It came with like a 70% charge on it so i was like what the hell. LOL

Getting a bad device is way more common than people realize. You have to realize, these things are like 4 or 5 seperate consumer electronics packed into 1 shell (An inverter, battery cells,a BMS, dc output electronics, an mppt solar charge controller, AC charger, wireless capability, etc., etc etc), meaning there's lots of things that can possibly go wrong. Even the best-known brand names have a high return rate due to problems. Want proof? Go to eBay at any given time, and you'll have your choice of hundreds of refurbished units from top brands like Bluetti, Jackery, Ecoflow, Allpowers, Oupes, just about any brand. The vast majority of all these units were returned as defective units. They get sent back, get fixed, then get resold as refurbished because they can't be sold as new anymore. Long story short, I wouldn't let getting a single bad device of any type of electronic from any brand deter me from buying another one of the same brand. What's important to me is how they deal with it when it happens. So far I've had excellent customer service from Oupes. I would recommend them to anyone.
