I think this is the best VALUE watch in existence when considering toughness and capability (radio control, solar, etc.). This thing WILL NOT die, the only vulnerability is the relatively soft lens/crystal. This is the 4Runner of watches (5th gen specifically hehe)

Wearing this watch now. Accurate, comfortable, and not flashy. Great for a daily wear. Has a bunch of features I don't use, but I like that it's easy to read, has a light, and I trust the time even when it's been in my drawer for a while.

This is my near daily wear, aka 'beater'. I do everything with this watch: errands, international travel, swimming in the ocean, in the gym, running outdoors.

I love it and highly recommend it for everyone, men, women, children.

Two little notes: if you have long hair on your arm, you may get a snag from time to time. After routine wear I would recommend removing screws and resin cover for a deep clean. EDIT: Depending on how heavy your usage, maybe once a year or two.
