Does this work with other printer brands? Video text says drying ends, printing begins. Is that automatic because the video makes it sound like it.

"Compatibility" is not an issue as filament will simply exit the filament dryer and your 3D printer will accept the filament into the intake tube (it is the same as if there were no filament dryer at all)
