I'm in the same about. It's either going with 275/40/20 or 255/45/20 for comfort or the same size oem. 245 width on this sale will stretch the wheels too much and even higher risk for rim curb. But can be use since it's 45 series. FYI this is just my personal judgement and haven't seen anyone run this set up

Depends on your model y, and even the year. The 2023 Model Y Performance has offset wheels, so the rears and front are 2 different sizes. And the Uberturbine rims are 21". So lesson is to look at you MY before committing. Personally I'd rather go Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Season over Pirelli for my MYP.
