also don't expect to have a bike shop work on these, they probably won't, fixing it will be on you or if you have a friend thats somewhat mechanical he'd probably help because these are not overly tough with some youtube tutorials and a tool set.
be careful with the batteries though you never know what's kind of cells are in there or maybe more importantly how good the BMS is (battery management system) is. its that thing that says whenits done charging and balances (hopefully) the cells. this is the achilles heel of these bikes.
a) not an e-bike. 30mph & 1000W motor are both out of class3 e-bike range. This is a moped/motorcycle and likely needs a license everywhere in the US. (Heck, class3 need licenses in som3 places or are straight up illegal)
b) this would be a terrible bicycle. The seat is a fixed position: have you ever got on a bike and NOT needed to adjust the seat? On top of that all that motorcycle styling (triple fork, wishbone under the seat, etc) add mass so this is going to be uch heavier than an actual bicycle. So never ever let the battery go dead.
