Please clarify that the FREE burger has to be ONLY a single patty Shack burger since the most they will credit for it is $9.99. The double starts at $10.29 near me. They are playing pricing games =(

But it says the follow, which is more than $9.99: Max savings equal to the price of the Promotional Burger (from $8.29 - $10.49). The value it discounts is different depending on the week because it's a different burger. The most they will credit for this week is $7.49, unless you live somewhere that shake shack is more expensive.

You're right, I do see this now, although they do have regional pricing and limits [stadiums & events], but still when I place 2 doubles in my cart, the offer doesn't take unfortunately. It only works when I add a single.

On the bright side, you can add bacon and it'll deduct the $7.49. My guess is because you literally have to add the burger that is on the deal. Like most burger places, burger vs double burger are two different things. So in this case you're adding a Double ShackBurger, not a ShackBurger, when the deal if for ShackBurger.

Possibly the order is not correct? Just for testing, putting 2 single patty ShackBurgers and adding bacon to each, takes off $7.49 the order and just charges for the bacon on the second burger.
