For reading, the screen does make a difference and reduces eye fatigue vs traditional screens.
After going from LCD to OLED I said I'd never go back to LCD but the NXTPAPER screen is definitely very pleasant to look at.
Although I'd say it is not an every day screen in the same way traditional screens are. The matte etched screen has heavy glare when the screen is angled towards a light source. You have to be conscious of light sources and angle the phone away from them.
