I had these. I did not like the memory foam insole, was very slick material so my foot would scoot around in the shoe and also made my foot pain worse. Otherwise, they are fine and cool they are electric shock rated. Now I'm using Timberland Pro and they are much more comfortable to wear for me.

Serious question. Is it possible you had too big of a shoe? Your foot should not be able to scoot around in a shoe that fits right. I am not trying to accuse, just pointing out that the vast majority of people (62%-72%) wear the wrong size for various reasons. I mean, one size doesnt fit all. https://www.reddit.com/r/todayile...n_6372_of/
I got a pair of these 3yrs ago on a SD. They are big and boxy. I sized down a half size and added an extra insole. I wear them for all yard work, mowing, landscaping, shoveling, running chainsaw,
etc. They've held up great. Water resistance is good for not being a boot. Steel toe is a little overkill for yard work but they're not heavy and have saved me from an occasional dropped piece of firewood or patio paver.
