The OmniBook X looks like a slim 14 inch OLED work laptop with a strong current gen Intel Core Ultra 7 356H, 1TB SSD, and USB C ports on both sides. The 3K 120Hz touch OLED and sturdy build get the most praise, and the chip is described as efficient enough to help battery life and thermals. The main concern is the 16GB RAM, which feels tight for heavier multitasking, and the display has been flagged for a screen door effect on white text. The integrated graphics are also seen as modest, so it fits best as a polished everyday machine rather than a heavy creator rig.
Common Questions (4)
It should handle everyday work, web browsing, Word, and Excel well, and the Core Ultra 7 356H is described as a decent, efficient processor with good battery life and thermals. The main practical limit is 16GB RAM, which may feel tight for heavier multitasking or lots of Chrome tabs.
The deal is viewed as solid for the specs, but the price is also called high for a 16GB configuration. Alternatives mentioned include an Acer Aspire 16 AI Copilot+ with 32GB RAM for $915 and Asus Zenbook options with more memory or similar 3K OLED panels.
The chassis is described as ruggedly built, and the 14-inch 3K OLED touch panel is praised as a strong point. A reported caveat is a noticeable screen-door effect on white text, so text clarity may be the main display tradeoff.
Yes. Registering the laptop on Lenovo's site is suggested as a way to check whether it gets a full year warranty, and Lenovo extended warranties can reportedly be upgraded affordably to 2-3 years onsite.

Ruggedly built, 3k tough OLED, strong (by all reports I've viewed) current gen processor...I've seen this configuration before...and the only real knock on it that I could find was the RAM...Sure, I'd prefer an X7 for the beefier GPU capabilities...but still this looks pretty solid?
