Yes its lets you lock it but then its only for the area you spoofed. You cannot use price where your are locally. I am sure it does not align exactly like this but think counties or zip codes you have to use it in the region you locked it

I think you can hit the price lock every few days. You get a lower price if it goes down, but otherwise you get the old price. too bad I didn't lock yesterday before they jumped up $0.30 !

FUEL30 must have expired since it doesn't show up in my discounts (even though I've already claimed it via text).
(I've not gassed up yet at 7-11, so I haven't used it yet)

I would state that the worst thing about this promotion is having to SMS codes. Usually, these kind of promotions result in charges on cell phone plans because of data rates and what not. I am sticking to Shell's NASCAR and T Mobile Tuesday. Yes, it is only $0.15/gal off or $0.22/gal on Saturdays or Sundays; however, it seems more legit, one just downloads the app, links their credit card, and then gets the discount. No sending messages. If any fee does show up on the credit card, one can dispute it (provided they have a good issuer).

I think Exxon has the worst discount of gas among BP and Shell. If you have a Kroger and Shell in your area, they work together. Shell has the NASCAR deal running on Sundays. I never tried stacking Kroger's spend $100 for $0.10/gal off. T Mobile Tuesday also has a promotion with Shell. Again, I never tried stacking this with Kroger $0.10/gal, if you spent over $100.

On the news, Exxon seems to have like rewards points or something and you have to claim something in order to get the discount on gas. They never had it stated like all the others, where one gets an upfront $0.03-0.05/ gal off.

It's not a glitch, if you have the app and click on "savings" drop down (top right corner of the Fuel tab - right above the $1.06), you'll be able to see exactly when each of the savings expire
